Last Friday (Sept 19) we stopped by
your shop with a car problem. You were great to work us into your schedule
without an appointment. We were visitors from out of town - Pullman - to attend
our daughter's wedding the next day. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and
consideration in helping us. What we were told was an alternator problem, you
determined otherwise. What a pleasant surprise.
What could have been a
bit of a "downer" weekend turned out fine thanks to your help.
